This layout uses an old Dreamweaver feature called Table Layout. It's not well supported in CS4 Dreamweaver. However, it's included here just to drive web design purists mad. Rather than using positioned div's or elastic layout techniques, this layout uses table cells - lots of them.

Because of so many table cells, it's impossible to maintain by hand. It takes the old version of Dreamweaver (MX or 8) to do any modifications of cell sizes or positioning. CS4 DW doesn't seem to handle it. (Maybe CS5, but too much $$$.) So much for backwards compatibility. Nevertheless, I like it. It's similar to appreciating an old, classic car. A thing of the past, yet still a thing of beauty, a joy forever.

It's all very elementary my dear Watson.

Paracelsus and Rudolph Steiner also contribute their "elementals" to this site. The sylphs, salamanders, undines, and gnomes are at work here. Nicolas Flammell is on the consulting staff. Likewise, St. Germain.
